Our fruit is shipped "natural color." It is not subjected
to heat and gas hour after hour. We pick it, wash and wax it, and pack it
the same day. It is sent to you the next day by UPS or FedEX, which is much
faster from our tree to your door than any other means we have found. We
"could" expose our fruit to heat and gas, and its exterior appearance
would be more appealing, but the fruit would be older, softer, and less
palatable. The "proof of the pudding is in the eating." If you
are not completely satisfied, we will refund your purchase price in full,
or replace the product in full, at our cost. We are a small, family farm,
and we take pride in our fruit. Our marketing efforts are unsophisticated,
but very sincere. We welcome your comments, and will try to satisfy your
